  1. Can I change my company address, other details & password
    You can do the same under the "My Profile" Tab
  2. How do I sign in if I forget my password?
    You can reset you password by clicking on the "Forgot Password" Tab, your new password will be sent to the email id registered with us
  3. How can I print E tickets, Invoices?
    You can print the same by clicking on the "My bookings" Tab
  4. How will I get the hotel vouchers?
    Hotels & Holidays vouchers will be mailed to you on your email id registered with us
  5. How can I cancel my bookings?
    You can cancel your bookings online by clicking on "My bookings" and "Cancel Booking". Please click on the passenger details that you wish to cancel and proceed, you will then be shown the refund details. Please verify all the details before proceeding with the cancellation. Once the request is sent the booking is automatically cancelled and the refund is transferred into your account
  6. Is online cancellation allowed for all airlines?
    Online cancellation is only allowed on Jet Airways, Kingfisher, Air India, Indian Airlines, Jet Lite, Spice Jet & Indigo, Incase of cancellations on Go Air, Paramount & MDLR please send a cancellation request to itz@yatra.com or speak to our consultants at 0124-3040789
  7. Can I do partial cancellations online?
    No, for partial cancellation you need to send a cancellation request to itz@yatra.com or speak to our consultants at 0124-3040789
  8. Is there any TDS being deducted on the commissions?
    TDS at the current rate of 10% shall be dedcuted from the commission amount.The requisite certificate will be issued to you on an annual basis. TDS certificate will only be issued to customers whose correct PAN number is updated with Yatra from time to time. TDS will be deducted at the rate of 20% for agencies whose PAN numbers are not available with Yatra
  9. How do I reschedule my tickets?
    We will shortly be introducing the IVR option using which you will be able to reschedule your tickets online, however until then in case of rescheduling the booking will have to be cancelled and a fresh booking will have to be made online, the refund for the cancelled booking will be processed onto your card within 4 working Hrs
